The components are supplied for installation in Chery and Tenet brand cars.
Investments in the development of the enterprise amounted to 125 million rubles, of which 100 million rubles were provided in the form of a preferential loan by the federal Industrial Development Fund. With these funds, the company acquired equipment: an automatic electronic component mounting machine, an optical and X-ray inspection system, equipment for separating blanks, and an intelligent storage system.
The enterprise expanded the production area for ERA-GLONASS system control units, increasing output by 40 thousand units per year. Overall capacity grew by 20% — to 240 thousand units per year.
The ERA-GLONASS control unit is a key element of the state emergency response system. It consists of a satellite navigation module, a SIM chip for communication via four operators, an accelerometer for impact detection, and a microphone and speaker for communicating with the operator. In case of sharp deceleration, the system collects data on speed, collision angle, and the number of passengers and sends it to the processing center. If the operator cannot contact the driver, the data is transmitted to emergency services — the transmission takes an average of 19 seconds, and the coordinate accuracy is up to 5 meters.
