The consideration of "Tupolev"'s appeal took place in a closed session. As a result, the court upheld the decision without changes.
In May, the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan satisfied "Tatneft"'s claim against "Tupolev" for 11.7 billion rubles.
The amount of "Tatneft"'s claims could become significant for "Tupolev" and lead to bankruptcy, representatives of the plant warned.
Independent expert Alexey Zakharov believes that the state will not allow the corporation to go bankrupt, despite significant financial demands.
