The "Ekran" enterprise from the Samara region has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court against PAO "Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G. M. Beriev". The amount claimed is 52 million rubles.
The dispute arose from a contract dated July 2020. According to the plaintiff, TANTK failed to complete part of the work. The defendant did not appear at the preliminary hearing and did not submit a response to the lawsuit.
The court ordered the Taganrog enterprise to submit a response to the statement of claim by August 25 and, if available, provide evidence of debt repayment.
It should be recalled that by the end of 2025, TANTK named after Beriev incurred a net loss of more than 5 billion rubles.
Exports collapsed by 78%, but the enterprise intends to continue financial and economic activities.
