The Moscow plant "ODK-Salut" is studying helicopter engineering technologies to develop new power plants. Specialists from the enterprise visited the M. L. Mil and N. I. Kamov National Helicopter Center.
The delegation paid special attention to the production of blades for 4th and 5th generation helicopters, as well as technologies for creating rotorcraft.
The exchange of experience with aircraft and helicopter manufacturing enterprises is especially important for ODK-Salut, because it is for their products that we create "hearts". The engine and the aircraft must work as a single unit.
ODK-Salut designers build AL-31F family engines and their modifications for Su-34 and Su-30 fighters. The plant also produces TV7-117 parts for Il-114-300 and PD-14 compressors for MS-21-310.
In helicopter engineering, "Salutovtsy" produce VK-650V units for "Ansat" and Ka-226T.
