Kazan enterprise AO "ENIKS" filed a lawsuit against AO "Konstruktorskoye Byuro Priborostroyeniya imeni akademika A. G. Shipunova". The applications were registered in the Arbitration Court.
The total amount of claims is 35 million rubles. Details of the case are not yet known, but it seems that the hearings will again be held behind closed doors.
KBP Shipunova was founded in 1927. The company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Krasnopol artillery systems, Hermes-A missile systems, and Berezok and Bakhcha-U fire control systems.
ENIKS has been working in the field of scientific research and development in natural and technical sciences for more than 20 years; now the company produces drones.
This is not the first litigation between the Kazan company and the Tula defense enterprise. Last year, ENIKS managed to recover 1.3 million rubles.
