Chuvashia has launched a hotline for preferential IT mortgages for industry specialists. The project was organized by "Yedinaya Rossiya" and the Ministry of Digital Development of the republic: by phone, you can get personal advice, understand the conditions of the new support measure, and learn how to properly submit an application.
This refers to a compensation of 3% of the mortgage interest rate. This support measure was introduced in the region for the first time starting in 2026, at the initiative of activists of the "Tsifrovaya Rossiya" party project. The rules for granting the benefit were approved by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Chuvashia, Sergey Artamonov.
Activists of the "Tsifrovaya Rossiya" party project will help IT specialists in the region understand the conditions of the new support measure and properly submit an application for compensation.
Consultation can be obtained by calling 8 (8352) 56-53-32 on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 Moscow time. Applications for compensation will be accepted from July 1 to July 15, 2026, for both the first and second quarters. Documents can be submitted through the regional portal "Chuvashia Online".
The program is designed for employees of accredited IT companies registered in the Chuvash Republic. Another condition is that the specialist must permanently reside in the region and have taken out a mortgage no earlier than January 1, 2026.
The payment is planned to be provided quarterly. The Ministry of Digital Development of Chuvashia clarified that the application review period will not exceed seven business days.
