The manufacturer of Su-57 and Su-35 fighters has opened vacancies for universal lathe operators with an average salary of 205.4 thousand rubles. The recruitment of employees was announced by the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant named after Yuri Gagarin (KNAAZ), which is part of the United Aircraft Corporation.
Future employees will work on universal lathes: prepare the workplace and equipment, perform operations for processing and finishing parts, and monitor the serviceability of technological equipment.
The main schedule remains a five-day work week from 8:00 to 17:00. At the same time, the enterprise allows for shift work and involvement in overtime, including weekends.
The plant emphasizes that the enterprise's production program has been formed for years to come: existing orders ensure capacity utilization until at least 2030. This, as noted, creates conditions for stable employment and professional development of employees.
In addition to salary, employees are offered an extended social package. It includes annual income indexation and year-end bonuses, voluntary medical insurance with dental care, compensation for travel to vacation for employees and their children, support for professional development, corporate events, and benefits related to recreation, sports, and childcare.
Additional support measures are provided for specialists willing to relocate to Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The enterprise is ready to reimburse relocation expenses, pay 135 thousand rubles for settling in, and compensate part of the housing rental costs up to 20 thousand rubles monthly.
In addition, KNAAZ continues to train in blue-collar professions with subsequent employment. During the training period, students receive a scholarship of up to 90 thousand rubles. After completing programs lasting from three to five months, the salary level starts from 114 thousand rubles.
Earlier, "Pervyy Tekhnicheskiy" reported on recruitment at the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, where engineers, testers, designers, and workers are sought. However, the salary levels offered by the two enterprises differ significantly: while in Ulan-Ude new employees are offered about 60–70 thousand rubles net, the Su-57 manufacturer offers lathe operators an average of 205.4 thousand rubles. The gap turned out to be more than threefold.
