Ufa ODK-UMPO, with losses of 14.3 billion rubles, faces bankruptcy proceedings

The enterprise received two insolvency notices from counterparties

Since the beginning of 2026, the Ufa plant ODK-UMPO has received two notices from counterparties regarding potential bankruptcy. The latest was sent in June by OOO NPK "Spetsialnaya Metallurgiya – Moscow" through the Fedresurs registry.

Earlier, in April, a similar notice was received from the Moscow firm "Yuridicheskaya Sila". However, the counterparties have not filed lawsuits with the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria, which is authorized to hear such disputes.

The organization's assets are valued at almost 100 billion rubles, with a share capital of about 1 billion rubles. More than 24 thousand people work at UMPO.

Also, ODK-UMPO's net losses for 2025 reached 14.3 billion rubles, although in 2024 the plant had a net profit of 8.3 billion rubles.

Economist Rustem Shayakhmetov explained that the reasons for this situation are due to a reduction in product supplies abroad. ODK-UMPO is a key manufacturer of engines for Su-57, Su-27, Su-30, and Su-35S aircraft.
