T-90M Tank Plant Begins Mass Recruitment of Future Engineers

Uralvagonzavod will pay for the education and immediately provide jobs for 80 specialists

The Uralvagonzavod Concern, which produces T-90M "Proryv" tanks, is launching a large-scale program to train young engineers. The enterprise is ready to fully pay for the education of 80 applicants from different regions of the country and provide them with jobs after graduation.

This refers to targeted recruitment for technical universities, including Ural Federal University and its branch in Nizhny Tagil.

Special emphasis will be placed on robotics, metallurgy, thermal power engineering, and modern industrial systems. Students are promised paid education, additional scholarships, internships at the enterprise, personal mentors, and the opportunity for employment after the third year.

After graduation, young specialists are promised relocation payments, housing assistance, mortgage compensation, and family support.

Recall that Uralvagonzavod is a key site for the production of T-90M "Proryv" tanks and other heavy armored vehicles for the Russian army. The Concern also ensures the production of freight and passenger cars, tanks, and hoppers.

Over the past four years, the volume of tank production in Russia increased 2.2 times, reported State Duma deputy Vladimir Gutenev.
