The Board of Directors of the Ufa plant ODK-UMPO recommended to the general meeting of shareholders not to pay dividends for 2025. Instead, shareholders were offered to cover the company's huge financial losses.
The next shareholders' meeting will be held on June 30. It is interesting that at this meeting, participants will discuss the probable reorganization of the company in the form of a merger with another entity.
The agenda also included the election of a new board of directors, the approval of a new version of the charter, and an increase in the authorized capital of the joint-stock company.
Recall that ODK-UMPO's net losses for 2025 reached 14.3 billion rubles, although in 2024 the plant still made a net profit of 8.3 billion rubles.
Economist Rustem Shayakhmetov explained that the reasons for this situation are in the reduction of product supplies abroad. ODK-UMPO is a key manufacturer of engines for Su-57, Su-27, Su-30, and Su-35S aircraft.
