Modifications of the "Impuls" ground robot for fire support and logistics confirmed their effectiveness

Tracked platforms used in combat conditions

Universal ground robotic systems (NRTK) "Impuls", developed by "Gumich RTK" specialists with the support of Rostec, have proven their effectiveness in combat conditions. This was reported by the state corporation's press service.

Russian soldiers use "Impuls BM-A" robots with modules equipped with AGS-30 or AGS-17 machine guns for fire support, as well as "Impuls-M" for logistics tasks.

At the same time, they are distinguished by their survivability in combat conditions, withstanding hits from anti-personnel mine fragments and tangential automatic weapon fire.
Russian Armed Forces serviceman

According to the serviceman, the main advantage of "Impuls" is its high cross-country capability due to its tracked chassis. Thanks to it, the robot overcomes pits and climbs slopes.

NRTKs can carry up to 500 kg or tow a D-30 type weapon weighing over 3 tons. "Impuls" can be controlled via radio (range - up to 5 km) or fiber optics (up to 20 km). Ground platforms are also capable of moving in fully autonomous mode.

The military increases the robot's control range using a repeater placed on a UAV. In this case, it performs tasks tens of kilometers away from the operator.
