Boruss Company Showcases New "Trophy Pro" All-Terrain Vehicle with Toyota and GAZ-66 Components

The heavy off-road vehicle features eight seats and an independent front suspension

The Krasnoyarsk-based company "Boruss" has unveiled its new "Trophy Pro" all-terrain vehicle, designed for operation in challenging road and climatic conditions. The vehicle features an eight-seat cabin, independent front suspension, and a power unit based on a Japanese Toyota engine.

The project is based on a Toyota 3S-FE gasoline engine, paired with an automatic transmission. The drivetrain also utilizes a transfer case from a GAZ-66 truck. This combination is expected to provide the vehicle with high off-road capability and stable operation outside public roads.

The developers focused on the versatility of the design. The all-terrain vehicle is designed for cross-country travel, as well as for use in expeditions, hunting grounds, and northern regions. The independent front-wheel suspension is intended to improve ride comfort on uneven surfaces and enhance handling.

The cabin provides eight seating positions. The spacious body allows for transporting not only passengers but also additional equipment or cargo, which is especially important for vehicles of this class.

The Russian market for light and medium all-terrain vehicles continues to grow due to demand from private owners, tourism companies, and enterprises operating in remote areas. Manufacturers are increasingly combining proven domestic components with Japanese aggregates to improve vehicle reliability and simplify maintenance.

Interest in such projects is also linked to the development of domestic tourism and expeditionary travel. Against this backdrop, new models like the "Trophy Pro" are becoming sought after not only in northern regions but also among outdoor enthusiasts.
