"Yedinaya Rossiya" proposes to ensure mass access to remote health monitoring technologies by 2030 – primarily for the elderly, patients with chronic diseases, and other risk groups.
According to Alexander Sidyakin, head of the party's central executive committee, relevant initiatives were prepared following the "Technologies for Health. Medicine of the Future" round table and will be included in the technological block of the national program.
A key element of the proposals is the creation of a unified digital patient environment based on the national "Health" platform. It is assumed that it will combine electronic medical records, test results, doctor's prescriptions, and telemedicine consultations in one space.
According to Sidyakin, such solutions should increase the accessibility of medical care and simplify patient interaction with the healthcare system.
Special attention in the initiatives is paid to the development of rehabilitation technologies. This refers to supporting the development of neuroimplants, sensory devices, smart prostheses, and other solutions, as well as their implementation in medical and social practice.
The issue of supporting children with developmental disabilities is also raised. According to Galina Volkova, chairman of the board of trustees of the "Na Krylyakh" adaptive clothing competition, over the past three years, the level of childhood disability has increased by 29%, which requires systemic measures for prevention and improving the quality of life for such children.
