The Perm enterprise "ODK – Perm Motors", involved in the development of PD-35 aircraft engines, has become a defendant in lawsuits totaling over 646 million rubles. The plaintiff was JSC "Proton-PM".
The lawsuits have already been accepted by the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai. According to the case materials, the claims relate to debts under contracts concluded between 2021 and 2025.
JSC "ODK – Perm Motors" produces engines for civil aviation, including the PS-90A family, and participates in mastering the serial production of PD-14.
"Proton-PM" is part of the "Energomash" structure and specializes in the production of rocket engines.
Earlier, Roscosmos decided to transfer the production of "Energomash" rockets to the facilities of "Perm Motors". The head of the state corporation, Dmitry Bakanov, called the cost of production at the previous location exorbitant.
