The Atom brand plans to launch more than 10 service centers for electric vehicles by the end of 2026. The first three sites — in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Naberezhnye Chelny — are already ready to open. They have been set up on the basis of dealership and service stations that previously serviced cars of international brands.
The centers' personnel have undergone special training for Atom electric models. The partner network provides for two levels of equipment: the basic level covers scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical work, while the extended level adds maintenance and repair of high-voltage systems — traction batteries, inverters, and electric motors.
A separate area will be the servicing of taxi fleets and car-sharing operators, for which the creation of their own repair bases is planned.
By 2030, the network's geography is expected to cover more than 40 cities in Russia. For a young electric vehicle brand, having its own service infrastructure at the start of sales is a critical factor: without warranty service and qualified repair of high-voltage components, the mass consumer will not enter a new segment. Atom is hedging its bets by using ready-made sites with operating experience and training personnel for its own architecture.
