Engine manufacturer for Il-114-300 abandoned 76 million rubles in claim

ODK-Klimov reduced the amount of claims to PJSC Rostvertol

The aircraft engine manufacturer from St. Petersburg ODK-Klimov partially abandoned its claims against PJSC Rostvertol named after B. N. Slyusar. The corresponding information was published in the file of the arbitration court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

Initially, the amount of claims amounted to more than 1.23 billion rubles, including the principal debt in the amount of 900.8 million rubles and a penalty of 332.7 million rubles.

During the proceedings, Rostvertol repaid part of the debt, which prompted the "Klimovites" to adjust the requirements.

At the same time, ODK-Klimov retained the remaining claims. The company continues to demand from the Rostov enterprise 824.5 million rubles of principal debt, as well as a penalty of 332.7 million rubles.

Recall that PJSC Rostvertol is part of the Russian Helicopters concern and specializes in the production of helicopters, including the Mi-28NM. The Rostec State Corporation owns 12.9% of the shares in the authorized capital of the company.
