Russian tire manufacturer Ikon Tyres has announced a large-scale update of its model range in 2026, aiming to strengthen its position in all segments, from budget to premium.
The key novelty will be the launch of the Credo brand, which will directly compete with inexpensive Chinese products. The production of tires of the new brand will be set up at the plant in Vsevolozhsk.
An answer to the growing demand for high-quality budget products. Tires that combine reliability, restrained design and engineering rationality at an affordable price.
The flagship Ikon line will be supplemented with high-tech Ultra 5 summer tires and a version for Autograph Ultra 5 SUV crossovers. In addition, the company will present its own development for off-road driving — Ikon Magnetar tires, designed for SUVs and light trucks in difficult operating conditions.
The update will also affect the mass segment: in 2026, new models of the budget Attar line will be released, developed taking into account the climate and road realities of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Earlier www1.ru reported that China collapsed the Russian tire market: the production of passenger car tires in Russia decreased by 20% at the end of 2025. The main reason is the expansion of cheap imports. There are more than 200 Chinese brands on the market, and their number continues to grow. The share of Chinese products in the total volume of imports exceeded 70%.
