The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has launched a selection of projects to receive subsidies for the development of specialized equipment. Priority is given to technologies necessary for aircraft construction, in particular for the production of the MC-21 aircraft. The department is ready to reimburse the costs of research and development work to Russian manufacturers of equipment and automation tools.
Following the results of the 2025 competition, seven projects received support. The total amount of funding amounted to 6.7 billion rubles. The list of approved developments includes a complex for five-axis machining of panels of the detachable part of the wing made of composite materials. The equipment is intended directly for aircraft of the MC-21 family.
In addition to the aviation direction, subsidies will cover the creation of CNC grinding and sharpening complexes and robotic cells for ion correction of the shape of optical coatings. All projects must be implemented within five years.
