The crews of T-90M "Proryv" tanks make a sighting shot before their main combat work, or, as the military themselves call it, a warming shot. Journalist Gusein Guseinov explained why such expenditure of a shell is necessary.

The maximum firing range of the "Proryv" is 10 km, but the T-90M is famous for its accuracy, so the second and third shells already hit the target precisely. The soldiers are very satisfied with the vehicle's characteristics.

The T-90M "Proryv" will remain in service with the Armed Forces at least until 2038. However, the tactics of using the combat vehicles have undergone significant changes, the military say.
