The Ufa-based company Alzir will go to court with a bankruptcy claim against Ufa-based ODK-UMPO. The reason was the company\'s debt of 5 million rubles, said Ekaterina Gareeva, lawyer for OOO Alzir.
According to her, ODK-UMPO was supposed to pay this amount before the end of January, but has not been responding.
We went to see the directors several times, but we are not allowed in to see them. For Alzir, this is a significant amount. With no other options available, we were forced to publish this intention. Now we will bankrupt them.
Oleg Permyakov, a representative of the law firm Rustam Kurmaev i partnyory, explained that an intention to file a bankruptcy petition is often used as a pressure tool to make the debtor get in touch and repay the debt.
For the bankruptcy of a legal entity, the threshold of claims is important: 2 million rubles of debt. For strategic enterprises, natural monopolies, and a number of categories, 3 million rubles are required.
Alzir supplies video surveillance systems for industrial facilities. The company manufactures explosion-proof video cameras, video surveillance systems for drilling rigs, and process control complexes.
ODK-UMPO is a manufacturer of engines for Su-57, Su-27, Su-30, and Su-35S aircraft.
