At the Perm enterprise "ODK-STAR", after reconstruction, an updated section of electric gas welding, gas brazing, and metalwork in the forge and press shop was put into operation. Its opening will increase the production of parts and assemblies for aircraft engine units.
Specialists on the new line manufacture pipelines, bellows, inserts, and meshes, perform welding operations, as well as soldering and gas soldering. Pipelines are tested for leaks and then sent to assembly and hydromechanical production shops.
The commissioning of the new industrial site will increase the production of aircraft engine units, including PD-14, PD-8, PS-90A, and TV7-117ST-01 for regional aircraft. In addition, labor productivity will increase.
The renovated area also underwent a complete renovation of the premises: old equipment was dismantled, walls and ceilings were painted, a new power floor was poured, lighting and storm sewers were completely replaced, and ventilation was installed at each workplace.
In 2025, "ODK-STAR" installed more than 130 units of new equipment.
