At the Perm enterprise "ODK-STAR," following reconstruction, an upgraded section for electric and gas welding, gas brazing, and mechanical bench processing in the forge-and-press shop has been commissioned. Its launch will make it possible to increase the output of parts and assembly units for aircraft engine assemblies.
Specialists on the new line manufacture pipelines, bellows, bushings, and meshes, perform welding operations, as well as soldering and gas brazing. The pipelines are tested for tightness and then sent for assembly and to the hydromechanical production shops.
The commissioning of the new industrial section will make it possible to increase production volumes of aircraft engine assemblies, including the PD-14, PD-8, PS-90A, and TV7-117ST-01 for regional aircraft. In addition, labor productivity will grow.
The upgraded section also underwent a complete renovation of the premises: old equipment was dismantled, the walls and ceilings were painted, a new reinforced floor was poured, the lighting and storm drainage system were completely replaced, and ventilation was installed at each workstation.
In 2025, more than 130 units of new equipment were installed at "ODK-STAR" more than 130 units of new equipment.
