Motorskai, one of the residents of the Skolkovo Foundation (VEB.RF Group), has commissioned an automated full-cycle production line for manufacturing brushless electric motors intended primarily for unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
The new automated full-cycle line makes it possible to produce up to 10 thousand high-quality electric motors per month.
The project was implemented in partnership with the Perm-based company Robotekh: together they designed the entire technological chain and introduced a robotic equipment complex. The full turnkey launch took only four months, after which the enterprise moved to serial production.
Skolkovo emphasized the key advantages of the new line: end-to-end quality control at all stages, rapid changeover for various product sizes, as well as the potential for fast scaling while maintaining a competitive cost price.
At present, Motorskai is serially producing brushless electric motors with power ratings from 100 W to 5 kW. The company plans to significantly expand its product line. In the near future, the enterprise intends to reach its target production capacity, continue fine-tuning processes, and establish stable deliveries.
