The new Russian fifth-generation supersonic fighter, the Su-75 Checkmate, is capable of pushing the American F-35 aircraft out of the global market. This forecast was shared by Honored Military Pilot Major General Vladimir Popov.
According to him, in terms of technical parameters, the two aircraft are on the same level, but the development cost of the F-35 is significantly higher.
The Su-75 is still undergoing tests, and then it will be necessary to obtain certification, after that to fine-tune the production base.
