The new owner of the assets of the Domodedovo group has become OOO "Perspektiva" — 100% of whose shares belong to "Mezhdunarodny aeroport Sheremetyevo". This was reported by RBC, citing two sources familiar with the bidding results.
The results of the privatization will officially be announced on Friday, January 30.
A Sheremetyevo-affiliated structure was one of the two potential buyers admitted to the bidding. Besides it, AO "Moskovsky mezhdunarodny aeroport," a wholly owned subsidiary of "Mezhdunarodny aeroport Vnukovo," also took part.
At the same time, the assets were sold only on the second attempt — the first auction was scheduled for January 20, but it was declared invalid. The only applicant, individual entrepreneur Evgeny Bogaty, was not admitted to it.
But the second, and this time successful, sale attempt took place under a public offer scheme in the format of a Dutch auction, that is, with a price reduction.
