The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Moscow against "Information Satellite Systems named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev" (JSC "Reshetnev", part of Rostec) for 125.35 million rubles. The case was registered in the institution's file cabinet, other details are unknown.
As a reminder, in April 2025, the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal approved the recovery of penalties from JSC "Reshetnev" in the amount of more than 4.6 billion rubles based on a claim from the Ministry of Defense. Last time, it was about violating the terms of the Repei development work.
JSC "Reshetnev" is the only manufacturer of spacecraft in Russia for the domestic GLONASS navigation system and the Luch retransmission system.
The company is developing spacecraft as part of the implementation of the "Sphere" project - "Skif", "Express-RV", "Marathon IoT", and is also carrying out modernization of the Gonets low-orbit communication and data transmission system.
In October 2025, a lawsuit for 177 million rubles was filed against Reshetnev by the company Spetsstroyservice. The process is being handled by the Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
