FAS ordered PIK to ensure equal access for Internet providers to residential buildings

The company must comply with the requirement within 10 days

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has ordered the PIK group of companies to ensure non-discriminatory access for Internet providers to the developer's apartment buildings. This was stated in the press service of the department.

PIK must ensure the provision of services to residents within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The FAS added that PIK is further obliged to prevent unmotivated and unreasonable refusals to allow third-party operators access to common property and infrastructure of apartment buildings.

For violation of antitrust laws, the service will initiate an administrative case. The PIK group of individuals faces administrative fines for officials in the amount of 20 to 50 thousand rubles or disqualification for up to 3 years, for legal entities - turnover fines.

The agency may also impose an administrative fine of up to 500 thousand rubles in case of failure to comply with the issued orders.

As a reminder, FAS launched an inspection in the spring of 2025 after numerous complaints from residents. Organizations belonging to the PIK group did not provide access to networks for alternative telecom operators, this concerned residential complexes in four regions - Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region.

Complaints were received from March 2025, when an incident occurred in PIK houses with the disconnection of the Internet.
