Вспышка M1.62 не оказала влияния на Землю

Astronomers have recorded the second most powerful flare on the Sun this year. This was reported by the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the IKI and ISZF.

Region No. 4341 has emerged on the side visible from Earth. It has been assigned a Beta-Gamma classification, close to the peak in terms of "flare hazard", but not yet the maximum.

At night, a category M flare, the second this year, was recorded in the region. The peak of radiation occurred at 23:33 Moscow time.

The exact measuring score of the flare is M1.62. Experts characterized it as average. The explosion had no effect on Earth.

A flare of the same level was recorded three days ago. Scientists suggest that the next explosion may occur on the Sun within 1-2 days.
