MSU scientists will participate in missions to the Moon

Rector Sadovnichy: Launches of research satellites help prepare for this task

Scientists from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) plan to participate in missions to the Moon and deep space. This was announced by the rector of the university, Viktor Sadovnichy.

Sadovnichy recalled that MSU has its own space program. On December 28, the university's cubesat (small satellite) "Scorpion" was sent into orbit from the Vostochny cosmodrome.

Each launch is another step towards students, graduate students and young engineers gaining unique experience on real spacecraft.
