The company "First Plant of Galvanic Cells" has started production of full-cycle alkaline batteries, which involves the use of recycled batteries. This was reported by the official portal of the Mayor and Government of Moscow.
The design capacity of the new enterprise is from 200 thousand batteries per day.
What is the uniqueness of production
The company's specialists have created a technology for deep processing of batteries, which allows the reuse of raw materials, including zinc and manganese, from used power sources. Taking this into account, the cost of finished products is reduced by up to 25%.
A full production cycle guarantees independence from imports and stability of supplies.
The company will produce batteries of the following types: AA (finger) and AAA (small finger). The products differ in capacity and service life.
