The Nizhny Novgorod company Povolzhye-Trans has filed a lawsuit against JSC "Instrument Design Bureau named after Academician I.G. Shipunov." The amount of claims is about 1 million rubles.
The circumstances of the case are currently unknown.
Povolzhye-Trans LLC is engaged in the transportation of goods by road and has been operating since 2015. Revenue for 2024 – 8.2 billion rubles. The owners are Viktor and Maxim Pilipchuk.
The Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927, the company produces high-precision Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile systems, Kornet anti-tank missile systems and Krasnopol artillery systems, Hermes-A missile systems, Berezok and Bakhcha-U fire control systems.
In parallel, the bureau is in litigation with the Ministry of Defense, but the amount of claims there is disproportionately higher – 1.5 billion rubles.
