Bottom-up initiative: "Yakovlev" accelerated the production of harnesses for SJ-100 thanks to a worker's idea

Innovative jig will perform work faster and more accurately

The Production Center in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (PC KnA, part of PJSC "Yakovlev" of Rostec) has improved the operation of the machine for the production of harnesses. This was reported in the company's press service.

The winner of the annual competition in the category "Lean Kaizen" was the site foreman Igor Devyatkin. He proposed to develop and implement a specialized jig for the manufacture of harnesses.

With the help of special fixing pins installed in the technological holes, the innovative jig allows you to perform work according to the drawing with high accuracy.
