PJSC "Yakovlev" (part of the United Aircraft Corporation, UAC, part of the Rostec State Corporation) may take the reins of management over the civil aviation segment of PJSC "Tupolev", the "Ilyushin" bureau and the Beriev plant in Taganrog. This was reported by a source of the "Business Online" publication.
The management of UAC is considering that the lack of new aircraft may be due to the incorrect structure of the enterprise.
The new one, according to one version, implies the separation of factories from design bureaus, the creation of civil and military blocks.
At the same time, there is no talk yet about granting factories the status of legal entities and their further independence - they will remain a production unit and branches of UAC. At the same time, the Kazan Aviation Plant will have two "chiefs" at once - from the military and civil directorates.
The latter will be assembled by combining "Tupolev", "Ilyushin" and "Beriev" under the management of "Yakovlev", since it has the best competencies, has stepped far forward and will be able to manage the entire civil process more effectively.
It should be noted that the news about this coincided with the news about the decision of the head of Tatarstan, Rustem Minnikhanov to leave the post of chairman of the board of directors of PJSC "Tupolev". Sources in the aviation industry did not rule out that he would join the board of directors of UAC.
The construction of only one new aircraft factory in Russia to increase the production rate of the popular MS-21-310, SJ-100 and Tu-214 aircraft in the civil segment will cost at least 300 billion rubles, explained economist Dmitry Semenov.
