Delivery robots will fulfill orders in Moscow under new rules

Almost 200 rovers operate in the capital

The Moscow Department of Transport has developed uniform rules for the use of delivery robots. The department expects their number to grow rapidly in the coming years, said the head of the department, Maxim Liksutov.

Currently, there are about 200 robot couriers in Moscow, which fulfill over 1.5 thousand orders per day. Rovers operate in 13 districts, including Arbat, Khamovniki, and Presnensky.
