If the agreement is implemented, the balance of power in the Caribbean region will change significantly.

Military experts point out that a significant number of Geran-2s are capable of breaking through the missile defense barrier of any air defense system in the world.

For Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, receiving these drones could significantly enhance their defense potential, allowing them to more effectively protect their borders and interests. This could also strengthen their position on the international stage and provide them with additional leverage in regional matters.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Venezuelan Air Force showed footage of two Su-30MK2 fighters flying with Kh-31 missiles of Russian production suspended.
