The modernization of the Fagot anti-tank system added a remote control system, which allows the operator to work at a distance from the launcher. In addition, the wire-guided targeting system has been improved.
The introduction of digital signal processing algorithms and improved noise immunity of the communication channel ensured more stable and accurate target tracking, even in conditions of active electronic countermeasures. This made it possible to reduce reaction time and increase the likelihood of hitting modern armored targets.
The semi-automatic wire-guided command guidance system raised the accuracy bar of the Fagot ATGM to 92%.
