The "Galich Crane Plant" presented the multifunctional crane-manipulator KMA-150-3 at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum-2025. This was reported in the press service of the enterprise.
The model was developed taking into account the current requirements of the fuel and energy complex enterprises and demonstrates fuel savings of up to four times compared to traditional diesel counterparts.
KMA-150-3 is installed on an all-wheel drive "Ural" chassis with a 6x6 wheel formula and developed for the needs of PJSC "Gazprom". The novelty combines the functions of a crane, drilling rig and working platform.
The use of natural gas as a motor fuel reduces emissions, increases the service life of the power plant and reduces operating costs.
Technical characteristics of KMA-150-3:
- Curb weight of the crane-manipulator without additional equipment — 14.2 tons.
- Maximum lifting capacity — 7 tons.
- Weight of the towed trailer (option) — up to 11.5 tons.
- Hydraulic system volume (including hydraulic tank) — 150 liters.
- Maximum boom reach — 19 meters.
The equipment includes a drilling module with a drilling depth of up to 8.5 m and a diameter of up to 0.5 m, with a torque of 6700 N·m. The crane can be controlled remotely and from the working platform.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the first 70-ton "Galichanin" truck crane arrived at Surgutneftegaz.
