According to him, since the beginning of work in this direction, 33 systems with AI have been implemented, and an advanced electronic document management system has been created. As a result, about 80% of services to passengers are now provided electronically.
The representative of Russian Railways noted that AI is used at all levels of the company. Future plans include the introduction of fully automated transport.
