Russia and the Republic of Belarus have agreed to create a joint venture. It will develop innovative unmanned and hydrogen dump trucks of the BELAZ model. The document was signed by BELAZ OJSC, RT-Development business LLC (part of Rostec Group) and InDev Solutions OJSC.
The agreement provides for the development of unmanned and hydrogen 220-ton BELAZ mining dump trucks.
The unmanned dump truck with remote control capability will be equipped with an intelligent dispatch system that ensures autonomous operation of the machine in 24/7 mode.
Neural network algorithms and computer vision technologies will allow the equipment to independently predict routes for optimal movement, recognize objects and make decisions in real time, increasing work efficiency.
