The armored pickup truck "Legionnaire" from the company "RBM" ("Russian Combat Vehicles") has appeared on the Network. Despite the secrecy surrounding the development, some technical characteristics are already known, which allow us to assess the potential of this machine.
The protection class of the car is BR 5, it guarantees protection against automatic weapons and shrapnel. The weight of 6.5 tons emphasizes the solidity of the design. At the same time, a carrying capacity of 2.5 tons indicates the possibility of using the "Legionnaire" for transporting goods, equipment, personnel or installing large-caliber small arms.
