За рубежом захотели закупить ЗРК С-500 «Прометей» и Су-57 у России

India has revived interest in domestic weapons amid the success of the S-400 Triumph SAM system in protecting the skies

The Indian authorities are considering the purchase of S-500 Prometheus anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) and fifth-generation Su-57 fighters against the background of the successful use of the older version of the S-400 in the conflict with Pakistan, the Indian editorial office of the Krasnaya Vesna news agency reports.

Chief Marshal of Aviation of India, Amar Preet Singh, during his speech at a meeting of the Air Force Association, spoke about the special role of the S-400 air defense systems in the country's air defense.

The Marshal noted that the Russian air defense systems made it possible to "change the rules of the game." Now New Delhi is considering the possibility of purchasing the latest S-500 Prometheus air defense systems, and a contract for an assembly line of Russian Su-57s is also being considered.

It seems that the super-successful use of the S-400 has revived India's fading interest in Russian weapons and generally contributed to strengthening ties between Moscow and New Delhi.

The media also reported that Russia offered India to purchase up to 144 Su-57E fighters.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the frigate "Admiral Golovko" launched a hypersonic "Zircon" in the Barents Sea with the guidance of a Tu-142.
