"Bandit" on the water: the latest robotic BEC presented in Novgorod

The boat develops a speed of over 40 knots and can operate in kamikaze mode

The latest "Bandit" marine robotic boat was shown for the first time in Veliky Novgorod at the All-Russian meeting of operators of combat unmanned systems "Dronnitsa". This was reported by the developer company "Rusich".

The boat is undergoing testing and is controlled via radio channel or video communication. Its range reaches 400 km. According to the company, "Bandit" is capable of operating both in kamikaze mode and for performing transport tasks. Its payload is about 500 kg, and the maximum speed exceeds 40 knots (74 km/h).

The developers clarified that the boat can be used to deliver ammunition, medicines and food. Cargoes are placed in internal compartments or transported by towing non-self-propelled vessels. "Bandit" is to undergo combat testing in the spring of 2026.
