The project documentation for the new vessel is being reviewed by specialists from the Baltic Branch of the Register. The development was carried out by Forss Technologies.

The vessel is designed for high-speed passenger transportation and is designed for eighteen passengers. It has a single-hull design, and the hull is made of aluminum. Two outboard motors with a capacity of 225 horsepower each are installed for propulsion. A fiberglass wind protection partition is installed above the fender to protect passengers from the wind.

The vessel is being built under the Register class with the project symbol КМ⍟ HSC Passenger-A. Its main parameters include a maximum length of 11.95 meters, a length at the summer load waterline of 10.2 meters, an overall width of 4.1 meters, and a draft at the SWL of 0.56 meters. Taking into account the protruding parts, the draft reaches 1.5 meters, and the displacement is 7.3 tons. The gross tonnage of the vessel is twelve units, and the crew is two people. Some parameters will be clarified after inclining and acceptance tests.

The start of construction of the L390 demonstrates the growing capabilities of domestic shipbuilding in the segment of high-speed passenger vessels and expands the potential for small transportation on water routes.
