«PZSP» company started production of tempered fire-resistant glass «Termoline»

The products passed laboratory tests and received safety certificates

«PZSP» company was the first in the Perm region to start producing tempered fire-resistant glass. The new product was named «Termoline» and successfully passed laboratory tests, confirming its reliability and compliance with fire safety requirements.

Representatives of the enterprise emphasized that in the context of tightening safety standards, fire-resistant glass is becoming an important element of modern construction projects. «Termoline» is produced in thicknesses of 6 and 8 mm and corresponds to fire resistance class E60. During the tempering process, the glass is heated to 630 degrees, and then cooled using a special technology, which ensures the required structure and physical properties of the material.

In laboratory tests, the glass withstood direct exposure to fire for more than 60 minutes without losing its integrity, demonstrating high efficiency in extreme conditions.

Fire safety certificates for «Termoline» glass with a thickness of 6 and 8 mm confirmed the compliance of the products with the standards GOST 30698 and TU 23.12.12-001-05751509-2025.
