Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to consider equipping vehicles for evacuating the wounded with drone protection equipment. The decision became part of the published list of instructions issued following the exhibition of the People's Front.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, together with the Ministry of Defense of Russia, should consider the issue of equipping vehicles supplied to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and used for the evacuation of the wounded with protection against unmanned aerial vehicles (unmanned aerial vehicles), including "anti-drone grids" and anti-fragmentation blankets.
Earlier, the President of Russia also initiated the development of a special course for military personnel and participants in volunteer formations. It will be dedicated to shooting down drones using smooth-bore weapons. This information was posted on the official website of the Kremlin.
