Automatic unit successfully operates at the Omsk plant named after Baranov

An automated test bench for the TV7-117ST-01 turboprop aircraft engine for regional aviation is operating at the Omsk Engine-Building Association named after P.I. Baranov, reports the United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec).

The company produces parts for new aircraft engines for Russian passenger aircraft, including the TV7-117ST-01 engine for the Il-114-300 aircraft.

The corporation noted that Omsk engine builders are also involved in the production of components and parts for the latest domestic PD-8 aircraft engine for short-haul aircraft and the new fifth-generation PD-14 aircraft engine for medium-haul aircraft.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Rostec is ready to start supplying MC-21, SJ-100 and Il-114-300 abroad.
