The Yantar shipyard, part of the USC, continues to build the multifunctional emergency rescue vessel "Pevek" (project MPSV06M). Factory specialists have successfully completed an important stage of work - the vessel has been moved from the covered boathouse to the open slipway area.
The multifunctional emergency rescue vessel "Pevek", created according to the MPSV06M project, is being built to improve the safety of navigation in the Northern Sea Route area. This project is being implemented as part of a federal program aimed at developing transport infrastructure. After completion of construction, the vessel will be transferred to the "Morspassluzhba".
As the General Director of the plant, Ilya Samarin, previously stated, the USC "Yantar" plant makes a significant contribution to the development of the Arctic shelf and the development of the Northern Sea Route with each stage of delivery of ice-class vessels to customers.
