The quality of the new Lada Iskra model is under special control — an operational headquarters has begun work at AVTOVAZ, the Lada.Online portal reports, citing internal order No. 47-25 sent to dealers.
The headquarters analyzes all incidents related to the quality of the car, promptly interacts with component suppliers and provides technical support to dealerships during diagnostics and repairs. This support format is used as part of a special procedure for collecting information on the model.
Similar measures at AVTOVAZ have already been applied during the launch of the Lada Vesta NG, including versions with a variator, as well as during the market launch of the Lada Aura model.
Mass production of Lada Iskra started on April 19, sales — on July 20. The model is available in three body styles, with two 1.6-liter gasoline engines (90 and 106 hp), as well as with three transmission options: 5- and 6-speed "mechanics" and a variator. The cost is from 1.25 to 1.8 million rubles, depending on the configuration.
