The newest Dragon flamethrower system has entered service with the Russian army. The complex received a 15-round transport and launch module in an armored casing on the chassis of a T-80BVM gas turbine tank.

In the footage published online, you can hear the characteristic sound of the GTD-1250 gas turbine engine, and also notice the reduced number of guides to 15 pieces and their elongation, in comparison with the usual Solntsepek launcher.

It was reported that the vehicle's ammunition is represented by promising uncontrolled TBS-3M rockets with a range of 15 km, and protection is equivalent to the T-80BVM's characteristic resistance to APFSDS of 650 - 700 mm and to HEAT rounds. The Saniya and Lesochek systems will be responsible for electronic warfare.
