In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), demand is growing for Russian military aviation, which has proven its effectiveness in real combat operations. This was announced by the coordinator of the parliamentary "friendship group" with the UAE Vladimir Gutenev.

According to him, we are talking mainly about the Ka-52 helicopter and the Su-35 multi-purpose fighter.

Foreign buyers are also showing interest in the Su-57E fighter, the Mi-171Sh military transport helicopter, the Il-78MK-90A tanker aircraft and the Mi-28NE Night Hunter helicopter, which has proven its effectiveness.

The 19th international Dubai Airshow will be held in the Emirates in November 2025. It is expected that during it, the UAE may conclude a series of contracts for the purchase of Russian military aviation.
