The Ministry of Defense of Russia has demanded the recovery of 346 million rubles in total under two lawsuits from FGUP "Glavnoye Upravleniye Spetsialnogo Stroitelstva".
At the moment, the Moscow Arbitration Court has to decide on the acceptance of the claims for proceedings.
FGUP "Glavnoye Upravleniye Spetsialnogo Stroitelstva" builds special, strategic and social facilities for the armed forces, as well as civil infrastructure.
Earlier www1.ru reported that 1.1 billion rubles were demanded from the manufacturer of military boats for the Pacific Fleet.
